  I have been extremely let down by the current bank manager Matt Wall. Tried to open a business bank account and after 10 days still nothing had been done. All my calls, texts and emails had been ignored and I went into the branch for an appointment absolutely furious.. thankfully Rowan Clemitson had just come back from holidays and went above and beyond to rectify the situation and really pushed for the account and paperwork to be sorted right away. After just half an hour with Rowan, basically everything was sorted. I highly recommend dealing with him as I know I will strictly only deal with him from now on. I personally think he should be the bank manager!

  Easy to bank and get change for the shop without a wait, at any time.

  This branch has diminished its shopfront customer services where for the simplist inquiry you have to make an appointment to get your matter addressed. Furthermore when you ring then to make an inquiry they say their lines a heavily congested so leave a message and we will call you back which they do not do.
